All our tour guides are licensed by the NYC DCA and more importantly than that, we only hire engaging, entertaining guides.

Here is the SLT Cancellation Policy - Tours run rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, as per the US Weather Service, we will attempt to reschedule your tour directly with you at a mutually convenient date and time. If you cannot reschedule, in case of severe weather, we will provide a full refund. If you cancel the tour prior to 72 hours of its starting time, we can provide a 50% refund. If you cancel the tour within 72 hours of the tour starting time, we cannot provide a refund.
